1. All sessions are scheduled first come, first served using the online scheduler: https://amyyancy.youcanbook.me/
Schedule your sessions as you wish, but I recommend scheduling your sessions at least biweekly. Sessions are done by phone. I will call you at the designated time using the phone number you provide when scheduling your appointments.
I recommend being as relaxed as possible before your session. You may want to journal on what you need to get from your session before your call. It may also help to do a Mind Dump before your session.
A Mind Dump is taking 5 minutes to write out your negative thoughts and feelings. Write fast and destory the page when you're done. Decide you are releasing this energy for your highest good and so you are free and clear to reap every benefit of your session. Sessions are 90 minutes or less, depending on what you need most.
2. Sessions cannot be extended after the duration of your package. Your sessions must be completed within 65 days from the date of your first appointment. It is your responsibility to keep track of your sessions.
3. I must be notified of your cancellation 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or the session will be forfeited. You can cancel and reschedule your sessions using the link in the confirmation email you receive after scheduling each session.
4. This service is nonrefundable and shall not be subject to charge backs of any kind.
5. You are responsible for the full cost of the coaching package.
6. New clients are required to submit a new client form and review the description of service. You can complete your New Client Form here.

8. These sessions are meant to be spiritual and self-help in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care. These sessions are not therapy. Please come to your session open, receptive, and centered as possible. If you are struggling with anything during your package, please reach out so I can support you in finding the right solution for you.
9. I will assign soulful homework and transformative exercises to be done in between sessions. To increase the chances of achieving your desired result, it is strongly recommended that you complete all the homework to the best of your ability. It is also recommended that you keep a journal of notes from your sessions over the course of your package. Results vary based on an individual's commitment to the process. The effectiveness of your sessions mirrors the energy you bring to it.

Response times vary, but you will always receive a reply. For email, you may receive an audio recording response from me. Text message and email support is available from the date of your payment.
