Intuitive Coaching is designed for spiritual individuals who seek personal and spiritual growth. This is a spiritual and self-help service.

What to Expect
In your session, Amy Yancy serves as a clear intuitive channel and spiritual guide.
She offers intuitive, personal development, energetic, practical and spiritual guidance and support for your growth and transformation.
You remain fully responsible for your own spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, financial, professional, and personal well-being, as well as all decisions and actions you choose to take.
You receive:
• Intuitive and practical guidance.
• Spiritual, personal development, and metaphysical wisdom and practices.
• Psychic messages for your highest and greatest good.
• Action steps to help you move forward and achieve your goals.
• A sacred and safe space to discuss and reflect on your journey and engage in spiritual and personal development practices.
You may receive transformative exercises, action steps, and practices to do in-between sessions. To maximize the value of your intuitive coaching experience, it is strongly recommended that you complete all the homework.
It is also recommended that you keep a journal of notes from your sessions.
Outcomes are uniquely your own. The goal of every session is to help you create meaningful, sustainable results in your life.
Results are not guaranteed and will vary.
Intuitive and psychic information is offered in good faith for your personal reflection and spiritual growth.

Email and text support is intended for brief follow-up questions related to your intuitive coaching. It is not intended to replace scheduled sessions. Unless enrolled in a package, Amy reserves the right to decline to respond to email, phone, or text questions.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session or package.
Additional payment will be required if your session extends beyond your purchased time.

Amy does not diagnose illness or prescribe treatment.

You are responsible for your own actions, choices, or decisions and you maintain complete free will in every aspect of this work.
How to Prepare for Your Session
• Be in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
• Have a clear focus for the session.
• Have a list of questions or areas you’d like to discuss and explore.
• Have a pen and paper to take notes (typing is discouraged).
• Arrive as centered and grounded as possible. Expect a conversational-style session.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session.
You can reschedule your session using the link in your booking confirmation email.
If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session will be forfeited.
For single session purchases, you have 14 days to reschedule a canceled session. After 14 days, the session will be forfeited.
Appointments affected by severe illness, natural disasters, power outages, or circumstances beyond either party's control will be rescheduled.
Refund & Chargeback Policy
All sessions, packages, and services are non-refundable and not subject to chargebacks of any kind. By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.
Conduct
Amy respects your privacy and will never share your personal information unless disclosure is required by law.
All communications are grounded in mutual respect and integrity.
Amy reserves the right to end any session or service—without refund—if a client demonstrates behavior that is abusive, bullying, threatening, or disrespectful.
Be considerate of Amy and others when booking and rescheduling your sessions.
Intuitive Coaching is intended to support your own intuition and decision-making rather than replace it.
Package Expiration
All package sessions must be completed within the duration of the service.
Your package begins on the date of purchase. Sessions and email and text support expire at the end of the timeframe allotted for the package.
Package sales are final and non-transferrable.

Transaction Protection
For some services, you must submit payment by logging into your PayPal account. 48 hours after submitting payment, you will have to log into your PayPal account to view “transaction details” and click "I am satisfied with this transaction" to complete the process. This final step cannot be done from a mobile device. You will be notified by Amy if you need to complete this step. Your service will not begin until the transaction is complete.
