1. All sessions are scheduled first come, first served using the online scheduler:

Schedule your sessions any time, but I recommend scheduling your sessions biweekly. Sessions are done by phone. I will call you at the designated time using the phone number you provide when scheduling your appointments.
2. Sessions cannot be extended after the duration of your package. Your sessions must be completed within 60 days from the date of your first payment. You can complete your package sooner than 60 days, but you must select the pay-in-full option below.
3. I must be notified of your cancellation 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or session will be forfeited. You can cancel and reschedule your sessions using the link in the confirmation email you receive after scheduling each session.
4. This service is nonrefundable and shall not be subject to charge backs of any kind.
5. You are responsible for the full cost of the coaching package. Payment must be submitted upon registration.
6. New clients are required to submit a new client form and review the description of service.

8. These sessions are meant to be spiritual and self-help in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical care.
9. I will assign soulful homework and exercises to be done in between sessions. To increase the chances of achieving your desired results/intentions, it is strongly recommended that you complete all the homework to the best of your ability. It is also recommended that you keep a journal of notes from your sessions over the course of your package. Results vary based on each individual's commitment to the process. The effectiveness of your sessions mirrors the energy you bring to it.
10. In between sessions, you can text a question for intuitive guidance. You are limited to one text message per day. I respond during regular business hours, 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., PST, Monday-Thursday. Response time is 1-2 business days. Text message support is available for 60 days from the date of your first payment.
11. In all communication, kindness and mutual respect are the guiding principles. I reserve the right to terminate your package or service without refund for any behavior that is bullying, abusive, threatening, intimidating, or disrespectful.
