2. Have a specific intention or purpose for your session.
3. Be as relaxed as possible. Get enough rest. Drink lots of water. Avoid over-consuming sugar, caffeine, and alcohol prior to the start of your session.
4. Be ready for your session at the designated time. Be in a quiet, comfortable place where you can speak freely. Amy will call you at the number provided when scheduling your session.
5. Be as open as you can be to receiving healing support, so you can achieve your goals.
6. In an intuitive coaching session, Amy will offer guidance as to how to shift the energy in your life to create more of what you want (as opposed to what you don't want).
7. Have a pen and paper available to take notes.
8. Complete the New Client Form.
