A lot people call me for an Intuitive Coaching Session because they are trying to find out WHEN something will occur in their life. I always inform my clients that timing can be elusive and sometimes impossible to predict.
Life cannot happen until you're ready for it to happen.
My book, Journey to Self-Love will arrive in the world very soon (I have an exact date, but I'm not ready to share it just in case there is a post-production glitch).
I spent a lot of time over the last month worrying about WHEN something was going to get done in the process of releasing the book.
When am I going to find an copy editor?
When am I going to have the funds to pay all of my freelancers?
When is my cover going to be ready?
When am I going to find a conversion/formatting editor?
When am I going to upload the book?
When am I going to implement my marketing plan?
I stressed. I stopped following my self-care routine. I stayed up late. I over-researched. I pulled oracle cards. Nothing seemed to make sense.
Nothing made sense, because I wasn't ready. See, there were still little tweaks and adjustments I needed to make to the text in the book.
The moment I was ready, every answer appeared: The perfect editor showed up. The perfect formatter submitted a bid. My cover was completed exactly to my specifications.
I wasted a lot of physical, mental, spiritual and monetary energy on trying to figure out WHEN something was going to happen. All I really needed to do was focus on what needed to get done, moment by moment.
Timing is God's business. You have no control over it. All you can do is take the next step that is front of you. Spirit will work out the details.
Worrying about all the timing details was just a way of self-sabotaging my best efforts. After all, if I didn't finish the writing part of the project, it wouldn't matter if I had the best copy editor at the best price, because they wouldn't have anything to edit!
Focus your attention on what really matters at any given moment and TRUST DIVINE PERFECT TIMING.
Believe wholeheartedly that everything will always work out in your favor and at the right time for you. This shift in perspective will ensure that you are always on time, no matter what.
