
Tip to increase your self-confidence: Engage 3 strangers in conversation every day. You will learn a lot about yourself and you will learn a lot about communicating with others in the process. Even a "hello" to everyone you pass on the walking trail will up your confidence. Talk to the barista or the person sitting next you on the train. Listen. Ask questions. This will help you be more present and less in your head. (Most of the stuff running through your mind actually diminishes your confidence.)
