Over the last week or so, I have been coming across lots of information as to how highly successful and productive people behave.
Highly productive people... eat breakfast, exercise, manage their to-do lists, meditate, visualize their success, check their bank account daily, drink green juice etc...
Being the good student I am, I immediately started taking notes and making plans to implement new practices so I was doing what I needed to do to be a highly successful and productive. Then it hit me.
More than exercise and green juice, highly successful and productive people PUT THEMSELVES & THEIR DREAMS FIRST.
To be successful, healthy, happy & well, the only thing you really must do is make your goals, dreams, aspirations and well-being the number one priority in your life.
This is what every winner must do. They don't defer their dream. They don't lament over what's not working in their life. They don't ditch their project to solve someone else's problem. They don't engage in activities or conversations that will drain their energy. They don't put up with a lot of crap or drama. Why? Because anything that is not moving them forward, is just an excuse to lose.
Highly successful and productive people know that they may not win every time, but they do everything in their power to put themselves in a position to succeed.
If you want to be more successful, productive, healthier and happier, start by putting your dreams first and let your intuition guide you to make changes to your habits and practices that will help you achieve the life you want to live.
Psssh...Don't be surprised if these changes include green juice, time management adjustments, exercise or simply not taking that phone call from the friend who is always in the midst of a drama. You'll figure out the practices that work best for you.
