It is Time to Stop Analyzing and Start Living your Best Life & I'll Teach You How To Meditate

Why do I self-sabotage?
What is the source of my fear?
Am I afraid of success?
Where did I learn this behavior?

 
These are the types of questions that often come up when you are on the journey to healing so you can live your best life.
 
This type of self-inquiry and reflection is valid, helpful and important. However, there comes a time when you have stop analyzing and commit to no longer engaging in the thoughts and behaviors that keep you stuck.
 
Once you make the commitment to stop thinking and acting in ways that make you feel bad, you will more fully be able to take control of your circumstances and live the life you most desire to live.
 
Now is the time to:
Say no to fear and all its friends (anxiety, worry, panic, self-sabotage etc...)
Say no to living in too much in the past/future
Say no to not keeping your promises to yourself
Say no to creating drama and chaos in your life
Say no to the limitations you put on yourself
Say no to anything that keeps you from living in this moment
Say no to brokenness
Say no to emotional eating
Say no to lack-minded thinking
 
Sure, you may have your down moments that you need to analyze, but the real catalyst toward enlightenment is your ability to recognize your self-sabotaging thoughts and behavior and then replace them with actions that make you feel happy, healthy and whole.

I will intuitively and practically guide you toward a meditation practice that works for your life. Not all meditation practices are meant for all people. Together we will explore the best way for you to meditate and how you can reap the benefits of having a daily practice. I believe meditation should be easy. I will teach you how. At the end of your session you will feel amazing!

Private Meditation Training: $50.00

Sessions range from 45-60 minutes by phone or in-person.
