How to Relax

It's a holiday weekend, so naturally it is a wonderful time to relax.

What is relaxation?

Relaxation: The state of being free from tension and anxiety. (Google Dictionary)

That's it. Relaxation is a state of mind.

So in truth, you don't need a holiday weekend, 1-hour meditation session or spa treatment. You simply have to decide to let go of tension and anxiety.

The ah-ha in this definition is that relaxation can occur at any time, regardless of what's going on in your life. Relaxation is an inside experience. 

All you have to do is decide in your mind to relax and then it is so.

As you commit to relaxing, Spirit will bring people, places, practices, services and situations into your life that will help you free yourself from tension and anxiety. 

It's that easy.
