Many of you may be contemplating a lifestyle change. Possibly a new job or starting your own business? A new home? A better, more fulfilling relationship? Overcoming a health issue?
Change is often prompted by the awareness that the landscape of your life has become lackluster, physically draining, financially challenging or emotionally dissatisfying. Before you make any changes, there is something I would like you to consider:
What is the best way to spend your time?
I first heard this question on a Unity Church radio program (Mindy Audlin, Your Limitless Mind). I believe the topic was on money and work. However, I think this question can be applied to every area of your life.
So my loving challenge to you: Stop thinking about money or what is not to your liking in your experience and start meditating, contemplating and assessing the best ways to spend your time.
Then make changes to your life that are in alignment with you at your personal best. In doing so, the natural ebb and flow of life will feel less overwhelming and easier to manage because you know you will be functioning within circumstances that are reflective of the best you.
This is your life.
This moment is all that is promised.
Why not make it your best?
