What this means is your attention matters. Whatever you are giving your concentrated energy to will expand in your life. This works both positively and negatively.
When it comes to money, most people find the most terrible thing in their mind to focus on. What didn’t go right. Worst case scenarios. Doubt. Fear. Anxiety. Worry. Shame.
Because money loves your attention, it will do whatever your energy is commanding it to do. (Beliefs, thoughts, words, feelings, and actions.)
If you’re worried and anxious about money 51% of the time, it will give you more reasons to feel worried and anxious.
If you’re grateful and confident about money 51% of the time, it will give you more reasons to feel grateful and confident.
Money mimics your energy, but it is NOT sympathetic.
It doesn’t feel your pain and try make you feel better.
If you ignore your money because it scares you, it doesn’t show up and say: “Hey! Let’s hang out and have fun.”
No. Money ignores you too.
Here is my intuitive coaching tip for getting right with money:
Tune into your intuition. Put your hand over your heart and take a breath.
Find one aspect of your financial life that makes you feel good and focus ALL your attention there. Just one.
Find just one thing in your financial life that feels really good and give your attention to that (and only that)…. EVERY DAY. Let that good feeling inspire you and take action.
