Here are some ways to get out of stress and into your incredibly powerful spirit:

2. Throw yourself a party- even if you're the only guest.
3. Engage your creativity.
4. Take a nap.
5. Give your full attention to what matters to you (instead of what is worrying you).
6. Send "thank you" text messages to everyone you care about.
7. Go for a long walk while listening to music you really, really love. (Like your favorite album from 1992.)
8. Take a small step toward a dream or goal.

Breathe deeply and fully.
