Actions to take to IMprove Your Self-Confidence
This list will be added to each week.
Week #1
1. Keep a list of 100 things you are grateful for this week.
2. Journal: What am I really good at? What do others praise me for? Why am I so incredibly awesome?
3. Journal: If I were more confident in myself I would?
4. Commit to doing one thing daily that will nourish and support the 5 most important areas of your life:
Body (some examples of actions you can take are listed below):
-Exercise/Move Your Body
-Eat well
-Go to bed early
-Drink lots of water
-Say only nice things about your body
-Grooming and physical self-care
Mind (some examples of actions you can take are listed below):
-Read/Study/Research
-Make art
-Journal
-Praise your intelligence
-Think only thoughts that make you feel good
Spirit (some examples of actions you can take are listed below):
-Pray
-Meditate
-Recite affirmations or mantras
-Pull oracle cards
-Connect to your intuition
-Read or listen to spiritual/New Age/religious works
Heart (some examples of actions you can take are listed below):
-Practice forgiveness
-Practice compassion
-Say I love you
-Bless someone else
-Feel your feelings
-Let go/Release
Money (some examples of actions you can take are listed below):
-Recite a money affirmation such as: "I love money and money loves me."
-Check Your balance
-Practice tithing
-Thank your paycheck or income stream
-Make a list of all the ways in which you want to/will use your money this month
-Be responsible and respectful to your money (you define what responsible and respectful is)
Please be creative with the actions you take and make everything you do fun. Ease is always the goal. You may already be doing daily work in one or all of these areas- if so, keep it up. Go with actions that make you feel really, really good.
Week #2
1. Journal: What are my boundaries? What do I believe is right and wrong? How do I prefer to be treated?
2. Dance in your private space for 10 minutes.
3. Pay attention to how your body feels when someone crosses or bumps up against your boundaries.
4. Say "no" to something that you normally would have said "yes" to just to be nice.
5. Set a boundary with yourself to only treat yourself with love and compassion. No negative self-talk. No cynicism. No complaining.
6.If someone offers you a compliment this week your only response can be: "Thank you." Bask in the feel-good energy of being noticed no matter who is paying you the compliment.
7. Don't take on anyone's crap.
8. Speak your truth- no matter what. (You can do this in really loving ways that still honor your boundaries.)

2. Create a plan for your uncomfortable moments. How can you stay in your power when you're uncomfortable?
3. When do you take actions that derail your self-confidence?
4. Be inspired. What actions do you take that make you feel I-N-S-P-I-R-E-D?
5. Take one small action toward something on your list that you would do if your self-confidence was through the roof? Take a pic and post it to the Intuitive Coaching with Amy Facebook page.
6. Do another visioning of your most confident self in these areas of your life: work, social, romance, at the bank, at home on Saturday morning
Week #4
