While you may not have all the answers, you are the one that picks up the phone, says the prayer, does the meditation, books the appointment, asks for help, researches best practices, listens to the podcast, buys the book, attends the workshop, does the homework, takes the time off and gives yourself the "snap out of it" and "you're awesome" pep talks.
Above all, you are your savior. Your salvation. Your great hope.

When the chips are down, you step up with hope and faith that there will be another upswing. Because you know that no matter what the circumstances may be or what other people may or may not be doing, life is really on your side.

the time you won't.
Rise above your demons, heartache, fears, insecurities and hesitations and just go for it. Walk by faith and trust your intuition to guide you. This is how you heal your life. This is self-love.
So don't let your dreams begin and end in your head. Because what's the worst that can happen? You fail? Well, that is pure magic. Your perceived failure is just another opportunity to learn, grow and expand into the best version of yourself.
