What to expect in your session:
-You will do a guided process to clear lower and negative energy.
-You will release the energy of 2024.
-You will call in the energy you want to experience in 2025.
-You will need a notebook and pen to complete each phase of the process.
-It is a 90-minute session. Please see the “special instructions” below so you are prepared.
This is not an intuitive coaching session, though I am always reading energy, and I will offer any insights that come up.
While there will be brief moments for reflection, this process is designed to be completed within 90 minutes so there will be no space for sharing, asking questions about your future or a situation, and receiving in-depth intuitive guidance. You can always schedule an intuitive coaching session for additional support.

To sign-up for a Detox 2024 Session:
1. Book your appointment online. Your session will be done by phone.
2. If you have questions, call or text 626.274.0682.
3. If it has been awhile, please complete the New Client Form.
4. Payment is due at the time of booking. To submit payment, use the buttons below.
5. A session requires a 24-hour cancellation notice, or it will be forfeited. If you cancel your session before the 24-hour cutoff, you will have 14 calendar days to use the session. You have the option to cancel and reschedule your session using the email you receive upon booking your appointment.
6. In all communication, kindness and mutual respect are the guiding principles. I reserve the right to terminate your service without refund for any behavior that is bullying, abusive, threatening, intimidating, or disrespectful.
7. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS for a Detox 2024 Session: Purchase a new spiral notebook (you will be removing pages), have a pen available (something that is easy to write with), have water available to drink, you may want to light a candle or have your crystal or other talismans nearby, you will need to be in a quiet, private, distraction-free space, preferably at a table or desk in a comfortable chair. Be well-rested. Keep your schedule light before and after the session. Have earbuds or headset available so your hands can be free for writing and spiritual practice. If you require special accommodations, please ask. Following these instructions, increases the effectiveness of this process.
