Here are a few tips to keep you grounded this month:
1. Play. Having fun will counter any stress you may feel this month.
2. Flirt. I believe real flirting is sharing your light. So get out there and sparkle. You never know who you will meet.
3. Research. The energy of the 5 craves answers, so when in doubt, do a google search and find the answer you are seeking. Let your intuition guide you.
4. Move. Move. Move. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, restless or impatient this month, get some exercise, take a trip or leave the house or office. Movement will get you out of your head and back into your life.
5. Practice spontaneity*. This is my favorite aspect of the 5... life is really lived in the moments when you're not planning it. Be open to your impulses, intuitive inclinations and uninhibited moments. Magical adventures and experiences will follow your willingness to seek and receive them.
*I've got a lot of 5s in my numerology chart and I've learned that spontaneity is most enjoyable when you've got your life in order.
Make taking care of your body, mind, Spirit, heart and money your focus and you will always be prepared for whatever may show up this month.
